In a tight defensive battle, the Mustang men dropped a tight one, 55-52 to Navy Prep at the SMCC Tip-Off Classic in South Portland. Despite being up by one at the break, 25-24, Navy Prep outscored CM 31-27 in the second half. A last second, game-tying shot by Brandon Giguere fell short for CM. The mustangs were led by Jalen Lincoln with 14, Justin Cocroft with 13 and Ismail Rios chipped in with 12. CM plays Berkley college of New Jersey tomorrow at 12pm to finish the tournament.
