Auburn, ME - The Mustangs had to dig deep on Sunday afternoon while missing 5 key players and having played extra time on Saturday night against their rival Thomas College!
The Mustangs played a very discipline game not giving up many chances and having patience in creating opportunity and believing in the game plan. "Many teams panic when it stays a close game, our team stayed disciplined and patience," said Coach Knoren.
The patience would be rewarded in the 3rd period where the Mustangs were able to score 3 goals to make the final score 4-1
The Mustangs will have a 3-game home stand next weekend , with the NECHA North 1st seed on the line
