2025-26: As a freshman, played in 18 games, making seven starts, as a winger and central midfielder. Scored six goals and added one assist… Started season opener at Bridgton Academy. Scored his first career goal in a 3-0 victory at Maine Maritime Academy (NCAA DIII) and followed it up the next game with a goal in his Yankee Small College Conference debut during a 4-0 win at ACPHS, both game-winners. Scored against UMaine August and NHTI in a pair of 9-0 victories… Played in all five postseason games as the Mustangs won their fifth straight YSCC Tournament title and second straight USCAA DII National Championship. Scored in the conference title game in a 4-0 win against archrival SMCC. Scored the game-winner in a 3-2 victory over Penn State-Lehigh Valley to send CMCC to the national title game, which he started against the University of Cincinnati-Clermont.
Prior to CMCC: Graduated from Oak Hill High School in Wales, ME. Played soccer all four years for the Raiders. As a senior, was a 1st-Team Mountain Valley Conference (MVC) All-Star and made the Southern Maine Class B Regional All-Star Team.
Personal: Parents are Brian and Jenny Hatala. Has a brother, Nathan… Full name is Andrew Hatala.
