Auburn, ME - The SMCC Seawolves took advantage of CMCC miscues and ran away with a 9-3 victory in Auburn Friday afternoon. 

The Mustangs only mustered five hits on the day.  Jimmy Reed, Garren Post, Colton Frisbie, Evan Eldridge and Kaleb Thompson each had hits. Eldridge, Reed and Post each had doubles while Post, Thompson and Rolando Rodriguez had RBIs. 

Shane Sullivan took the loss on the mound giving up five runs on eight hits and striking out seven. Craig Burnett and Jack Cote pitched in relief. 

"You simply can't give good teams extra chances," said head coach Ryan Palmer. "They took advantage and that was a big difference."
