AUGUSTA, ME - Emily Sabine registered her first double-digit game of the season as Central Maine Community College wrapped up the No. 1 seed in the Yankee Small College Conference with a 79-53 drubbing of the University of Maine at Augusta on Tuesday.
Teira Durgin drained a team-high 13 points for the Mustangs (14-5) and Sara Martin buried three treys, finishing with 11 points. Katie Martin and Christy McAuliffe contributed eight points apiece.
Ashley Peaslee scored a game-high 21 points for the Moose while Katie Poirier added 12.
The Mustangs end conference play with a 13-1 record. The Yankee Conference Final Four will take place at CMCC Feb. 20-21.
