CMCC Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Criteria for induction:

Individuals to be considered on the basis of athletic achievement must:
1. Have left CMCC in good academic and moral standing.
2. Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing their athletic accomplishments.
3. Have waited four years since completion of athletic eligibility.
4. Have participated for a minimum of two years on at least one varsity team (consideration given to players who played only one year, but received a scholarship to play at a higher level).
5. Have represented CMCC in a positive fashion.
Coaches, administrators and special supporters of CMCC athletics are also eligible for induction into the Hall of Fame, if they:
1. Have a nomination submitted on their behalf detailing the special nature of their contributions to CMCC athletics.
2. Have conducted themselves in a fashion such as to bring credit to CMCC, for a minimum of five years.
Respected CMCC alumni who bring favor to their alma mater by achieving success in their areas relating to athletics are eligible for induction consideration five years after their graduation, providing that the selection committee receives appropriate nominations detailing the candidate's achievements as an alum.
Deceased contributors to CMCC athletics are also eligible to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Persons currently coaching at CMCC will not be considered for induction if the primary rationale for that consideration revolves around their coaching accomplishments while at CMCC.
